Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 
 Please allow 5-7 Days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 weeks to let you  know your order is on the way! 
 STORE PICKUP -
 Orders cannot be picked-up in store.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 
 Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 weeks using a pre-selected shipping company, typically UPS or USPS. Flat rate shipping fees of apply to orders, that are dependent upon the items orders. Optional: We do not ship outside of the USA at this  time. 
   DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 
 For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and  displayed at checkout. 
  Some items have free shipping with the price of shipping pre-configured within the price.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 
We do not offer International Shipping at this time.

 In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at acoilsupply@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We  address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory  solution.
